I saw a few of the L082 plecos at my lfs, they are around 4in-5in, and they are asking $250 for one. Is that a good price or not?

If you can get L82 at $250 dollars, that is a very good price.

Make sure they are L82 as the can easily be missed ID with other plecos such as L201, Hypancistrus contradens, LDA31 and others. I suggest to do a little research on the specie in order to be prepare once they become available at your LFS.

I hope they become cheaper and more available to the hobby, as very little is known about these amazing species.
